How does the engagement process work?
We begin with a free discovery call so we can assess fit and discuss what you’re hoping to work on. From there, you’ll choose a program, receive access to your dashboard, and book your first session. Session schedules depend on your plan.
How do I book my sessions?
Sessions are booked directly through your dashboard. Once you enroll, you’ll see an integrated calendar where you can select a time that works for you — no back-and-forth emails needed.
What are your qualifications?
I hold a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, along with an MIT Professional Education Certificate of Completion in Applied Generative AI. I am a U.S. Army veteran and an author, and I hold Texas certifications as a K-12 Principal and as a Generalist Teacher, grades 4-8.
Depending on the service, I partner with a selected network of qualified coaches, mentors, instructors, and subject-matter professionals. Credentials vary by individual, and no single professional holds every credential represented in the network. Backgrounds across the network include ICF coaching credentials, K-12 education, real estate, and organizational leadership. Each professional is selected based on relevant qualifications, practical experience, and alignment with your goals, and I will identify the specific credentials of anyone assigned to your engagement. ~ Answered directly by Dr. Rechell Y. Do you offer sliding-scale or reduced fees?
I do not offer sliding-scale pricing or case-by-case discounts. Every client pays the same rate for the same scope, and that consistency is deliberate. It protects you. You never have to wonder whether someone who negotiated harder paid less for identical work.
What I do offer are defined pathways to access:
- Payment plans on any engagement of $250 or more, spread across three to six months.
- Funding and payment. Clients reach this work different ways. Some bill an employer or draw on professional development funds, training line items, or an existing grant. Some pay directly and submit for reimbursement afterward. Some invest in it themselves. I will provide the itemized invoice, scope of work, and completion documentation that finance offices and reimbursement policies ask for.
- Reduced scope at a reduced price. If the full engagement is outside your range, tell me your budget. I will tell you honestly what can be delivered within it, and if the answer is nothing worth your money, I will say that too and point you somewhere better.
- If cost is the obstacle, say so directly. There is usually a path, and I would rather find it with you than have you quietly decide not to ask.
